All processing of document requests are done through the Academic Services office in Guadalajara, Mexico.

• The San Antonio office is NOT a processing office; It only acts as a liaison between you and Guadalajara.
• If your request was originally made through the San Antonio office, we can check on the status of your request.
• Payments can be made through our academic services office in San Antonio, TX.

If you would like the San Antonio office to act as a liaison for your document status, you may email, fax or mail the documents to the San Antonio office. A credit card payment for the service can be done by calling the San Antonio toll-free number.
