The Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG) proudly celebrated the achievements of a new class of international graduates from its prestigious School of Medicine.

The alumni toured the facilities and learned about the educational advances of the institution in recent years. Members of the UAG Alumni Puerto Rico Chapter, led by their President, Dr. Jorge Martínez Trabal, visited the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG).

It's a momentous day for the UAG School of Medicine as we celebrate the incredible achievements of our international medical students (IMGs) on Match Day 2024.

LEGACY: Sibling Edition - Barsoum Legacy

More than 150 students from the United States and Puerto Rico completed their medical studies and celebrated their graduation from the UAG School of Medicine.

Congratulations to Dr. Nnamdi Orakpo!

Dr. Nnamdi Orakpo, MD, PhD is a UAG Graduate currently completing his Psychiatry residency and an incoming sleep medicine fellow.
