New York City, New York Jun 23, 2022  – Dr. Warm is a leader in modern plastic surgery techniques who lends his skills and expertise to serve patients at Cosmetic Surgery of New York, PC (CSNY), a cutting-edge private practice in Port Jefferson Station, New York, where he works alongside Dr. Robert A. Jacobs. He embraced his current role in 1988.

Cosmetic Surgery of New York, PC is considered by many to be Long Island’s leading plastic and cosmetic surgery practice. It is, in fact, a comprehensive state-of-the-art medical facility. Patient-centered in every way, from the moment patients enter the reception area until the time they go home, they will experience the true meaning of quality care and comfort.

Academically, Dr. Warm completed his undergraduate education at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He attended the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG) School of Medicine in Mexico and graduated in 1979. Upon returning to the United States, he completed the fifth pathway program at the SUNY at Buffalo Medical School and subsequently obtained a medical degree from the State of New York. He pursued his residency in general surgery at the Millard Fillmore Hospital and served as Chief Resident for his last two years (1984-1985). He then joined the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his residency in plastic surgery in 1988.

Following his training, the doctor attained board certification in plastic surgery through the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). Placing an emphasis on compassionate and comprehensive patient care, he earned the coveted title of Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).

In addition to his work in private practice, he is the Chief of Plastic Surgery at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital and serves as an attending plastic surgeon at Peconic Bay Medical Center, and St. Catherine of Sienna Medical Center.

In an effort to remain at the forefront of his field, Dr. Warm is a professional member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Plastic surgery is a surgical specialty involving the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body. It can be divided into two main categories – reconstructive surgery and cosmetic surgery. A plastic surgeon’s primary responsibility is performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, and they use a variety of reparative and reconstructive techniques to get the job done.
