New York City, New York Jun 13, 2022 - A committed family physician, Dr. Zuniga works with patients at EDGE Family Medicine in Upland California. He strives to provide the best medical care for the entire family. From children to sports medicine, pain management, minor surgical procedures such as varicose veins treatments, to geriatrics no matter the ailment, he practices and provides strong medicine for the community.

Before embarking on his professional journey, Dr. Zuniga graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry from California State University Long Beach and earned his medical degree from New York Medical College and Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. He then went on to complete the University of Kansas Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program, accredited by the American Academy of Family Physicians, and was nominated chief resident in his final year at the program.
Dr. Zuniga attained board certification in family medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice family medicine and its sub-specialties.
As for his academic appointments, he serves as volunteer Clinical Faculty at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine.
