
UAG proudly welcomed alumnus and board-certified Urologist Dr. Charles Kandler back to campus, celebrating his outstanding career and continued connection to the university.
Dr. Kandler earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. His time at UAG helped lay the foundation for a career defined by skill, service, and dedication to patient care. Returning to campus allowed him to reconnect with the place where his medical journey began and to reflect on the experiences that shaped his professional path.
After graduating from UAG, Dr. Kandler completed rigorous residency training in both General Surgery and Urology, with clinical experience at institutions including:
Today, Dr. Kandler practices in Rockville Centre, NY, where he provides comprehensive urologic care to patients across Long Island. Fluent in English and Spanish, he serves a diverse patient population and is currently welcoming new patients to his practice.
