Dr. Mandel is a Board-Certified Radiologist with subspecialty expertise in Neuroradiology. He completed his undergraduate degree at Syracuse University before getting his Medical Degree from (UAG Class ’80) The Autonomous University Guadalajara. Dr. Mandel completed his Internship at Brookdale Hospital in New York and completed his Residency Program at The University Hospital in New York. He attended Emory University where he completed his Fellowship Program. Dr. Mandel is affiliated to the BayCare health care system that connects individuals and families to a wide range of services at 14 hospitals and hundreds of other convenient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and central Florida regions.
