
UAG proudly celebrates alumnus Dr. Adolfo Ramirez-Zamora on his appointment as Chair of Neurology at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, a testament to his leadership and dedication to advancing neurological care.

UAG proudly celebrates its medical students’ participation at the 2025 American Society of Nephrology Kidney Week, where they presented research on a rare case of multiple myeloma under the mentorship of Dr. Andrés Aranda, showcasing UAG’s commitment to global medical research and education.


Dr. Ariana Hess, MD, MPH, a UAG Class of 2017 graduate, is a board-certified OB/GYN and associate professor at the University of North Carolina, dedicated to advancing pediatric and adolescent gynecology, patient education, and women’s health.
