Roxane Grant, BA, M.Ed.
Roxane Grant is an educator who possesses the innate talents of finding innovative and sustainable ways to transform institutional processes. For the past 27 years, she has worked as a classroom teacher, curriculum writer, and team leader. Additionally, she has presented professional workshops to share best practices for urban school districts and medical school faculty. As a recipient of TEACH, Project Rise Leadership Team, and most recently the Lisa Wardell Trailblazer Award, she is persistent to make contributions to her colleagues and improve student outcomes.
Anxious to lead initiatives that empower students to enter the residency match confidently, her goal is to ensure students have the best knowledge for their profile as MATCH applicants. From workshops, webinars, and one on one conferences with students, she will ensure that students are provided with strategic planning for the match process, leaving them open to various options to become licensed physicians.
Mrs. Grant supports students as they prepare to enter residency and graduate with their degrees is her goal. She looks forward to engaging with students and colleagues in strategic planning to help our student’s future.
