Jorge Miguel is a young professional with a passion for medicine. He has excellent organizational skills and a flair for teamwork and is highly adaptable to all types of environments and clearly goal-oriented. Enthusiastic about teaching with a preference for cardiology, research, and advanced resuscitation. Has spent the last 3 years as an American Heart Association (AHA) certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) instructor, training highly effective resuscitation teams in a variety of hospitals and institutes across the country, and actively developing training programs for new AHA instructors in the field of electrocardiography with workshops on identification and management of complex arrhythmias. He is currently part of one of the largest private interventional cardiac electrophysiology centers in the country, developing a deep understanding of abnormalities of the cardiac conduction system and their treatment. All these experiences have led Dr. Miguel to the decision to become a cardiologist / interventional cardiac electrophysiologist in the future.
