The Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG) has warmly welcomed a new cohort of medical students from the United States and Puerto Rico. These students are embarking on their journey in the prestigious International Program of Medicine (PIM), also known as the School of Medicine.
The welcoming ceremony was held at the International Campus and attended by academic and administrative authorities. During the event, the international students were introduced to the faculty and the wide range of services available at the university, including cultural, sports, and other activities that enhance the student experience at UAG.
In his address, UAG's Vice Rector, Lic. Antonio Leaño del Castillo, highlighted the educational legacy of the institution and emphasized its commitment to comprehensive education and ethical values.
