Dr. Graebe earned his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and successfully completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Monmouth Medical Center. He further pursued a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut.

With a remarkable background, Dr. Graebe assumed the esteemed positions of chairman and program director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Monmouth. Before that, he had served as the section chief of reproductive endocrinology at Monmouth since 1985. As a board-certified specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Graebe holds memberships in prestigious organizations such as the
American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Fertility Society.

Dr. Graebe's dedication to education is evident through the numerous accolades he has received. He was honored with the Nathan Kasc Award for Teaching Excellence from Yale University School of Medicine and the Pelviscopy and Laser Surgery Teaching Award from the chief residents in obstetrics and gynecology at Monmouth. Additionally, he was twice recognized with the Gerald R. Cureton Award for Teaching Excellence at Monmouth. During his residency at Monmouth, Dr. Graebe was presented with the Robert Mackenzie Award for being the most outstanding obstetrics and gynecology resident, as well as the Samuel Adler Award.
